Cancellation Policy
Spa Cancellation Policy At Daje wellness and spa, we value and respect your time and commitment to self-care. To ensure that we can accommodate all clients and provide the best service possible, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations Made More Than 1 Hour Before Appointment Appointments canceled more than one hour in advance will not incur any charges. We appreciate as much notice as possible, allowing us to offer the appointment slot to other clients. 2. Cancellations Made Within 1 Hour of Appointment Appointments canceled within one hour of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 15% of the total service fee. This charge helps us cover the time reserved for your treatment. 3. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the total service fee. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment experience. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, and the full service fee will still apply.
